Absolutely Sure

Filed under: Uncategorized — George Lowther @ 9:00 AM

This is just a quick post to note that I have started up a new blog, Absolutely Sure! This will be a place where I will post on mathematical topics outside of probability theory and stochastic calculus, so not within the remit of the current blog. I am starting off by looking at the Riemann zeta function, beginning with the basics but with the aim of getting an understanding of the current state of play of the Riemann hypothesis.

Also, on this blog, Almost Sure, I have been slow at getting new posts up lately. This is just down to not having the time,  but am still continuing with this, and plan further posts on the theory of optional and predictable projection soon.

  1. Thanks for the work you’ve put into this blog. I’ve found it to be one of the most transparent treatments of the material available.

I’m looking forward in particular to more posts on optional and predictable projection. It would also be nice if you could find time to discuss the dual versions of those projections.

    • I haven’t had much time to update the blog recently, but will add posts on these topics soon.
